During his tenure with the Department of Homeland Security and City of Santa Monica Solomon created and implemented asset protection and emergency procedures for staff and security personnel. Solomon also had the responsibility for coordinating the needs for high profile celebrities, city attorney’s, city council, executives, and special events.
